Preview: Hungry Dog

The next Muttopia book in the Kaidlyn Durant series is called, Hungry Dog. I have been dreaming about this book since I first read J. Reid Meloy… five years ago. To be honest, I am really sensitive to the psychological literature that talks about how easy it is for brain function to go ‘off book.’ I thought to myself, it’s going to be so fun to write this villain! And then I realized I’d have to think like a villain. And then I realized, I already do.
